Contact and Corrections
The quickest way to reach us is email: hello@glycolicacidcleanser.com. Every message is read by the site's editor, Rodger (see who writes this site).
Found an error?
Tell us. A wrong percentage, a pH that doesn't match the brand's own page, a study we have misread, a dead source link — all of it is worth an email. Please include the page address and, if you can, the source that shows the correct figure.
How we handle a correction:
- We check the claim against its source before changing anything.
- If we were wrong, we fix the page and update its "Last reviewed" date.
- If a product's strength or pH changes, the free-acid estimate on every page that shows it changes with it.
- If we think the page is right, we reply with the source we relied on.
Brands: published pH and concentration
We estimate free acid only from figures a brand publishes on its own pages. If your product page states its glycolic acid percentage and pH and our listing is missing or out of date, send us the link and we will update it. We cite your page, not an email, so the figure needs to be public.
What we don't do
We don't accept paid placements, sponsored reviews or payment for links, and we don't test products on our own skin. We are not dermatologists and can't advise on a skin condition; for that, please see a professional.
Your email and your privacy
If you email us, we keep the message only so we can reply and, where it reports an error, so we can show what we changed. We don't add you to any list. See our privacy policy.
